Product Operations Executive
About
ZeroMoblt is building Digital Public Infrastructure for student mobility: a safety-first platform that moves students to and from campus reliably, transparently and safely. As a Product Operations Executive, you will be the bridge between our product and how it runs on the ground. We're looking for a doer: someone who executes day-to-day product operations with speed and precision, makes sure what we build works in the real world, and closes every loop without being chased.
Key Responsibilities
- Own daily execution: drive end-to-end execution of product operations, completing every task accurately and on time, with minimal supervision and proactive follow-through.
- Safeguard platform integrity: own the accuracy of every platform record, from drivers and vehicles to campuses, students and parents, preventing errors through systematic validation and quality checks.
- Close requests end to end: drive requests from Operations, Customer Success, Tech and Finance from intake to verified closure within committed timelines.
- Execute launches and expansions: set up, validate and sign off platform readiness for new launches and existing-campus expansions.
- Validate before release: test new features, product workflows and automations against real-world scenarios before go-live.
- Document and coordinate fixes: reproduce issues, capture clear steps and evidence, assess impact, and work with Product and Engineering through verification and closure.
- Monitor live operations: watch automated processes, catch issues early, resolve what's in scope and escalate critical cases with clear context.
- Track operational performance: maintain trackers and dashboards for pending requests, turnaround times and recurring failures, and recommend improvements.
- Strengthen processes: execute by SOPs, help refine them and keep stakeholders informed through closed-loop communication.
- You own operational execution and operational quality. Product sets priorities and requirements, and Engineering owns technical implementation, so you'll work closely with both.
Requirements
- Experience: 0 to 2 years in product, SaaS or general operations. Strong freshers welcome.
- Attention to detail: you validate carefully and double-check before submitting.
- Ownership: you own tasks from intake to verified closure.
- Data proficiency: confident with spreadsheets, trackers, dashboards and large datasets.
- Analytical thinking: you spot recurring issues and patterns and suggest practical fixes.
- Communication: clear status updates and well-documented issues, through closure.
Nice to Have
- Exposure to mobility, logistics or SaaS platforms.
- Excel or Google Sheets formulas, filters and lookups.
- Issue-tracking tools such as Jira or YouTrack.
- Exposure to UAT, SOP documentation or operational reporting.
What We Offer
- Hands-on exposure to how a live platform really runs.
- Work that directly impacts student safety.
- Performance-linked bonuses on top of fixed pay.
- A clear path to grow into larger roles.
